Chris and Shaun

C – Shaun how are you mate?

S – Great Chris, yourself?

C – I’m fantastic, my life is certainly much better since reading your book, which I recommend everybody reads. Even if you’re not somebody prone to panic or anxiety, this book really helped ground me in the understanding of the body’s flight or fight response. Which effects us all on a daily basis, several times a day, but it wasn’t until I read this I had never really focused on it Shaun. Before we talk about your book ‘Attack Panic’, how are things in New Zealand?

S – I think everyone is pretty keen to close off on 2020.

C – Yeah lets not talk about that thing that begins with C and the number as they don’t like you talking about it at all.

S – That’s all I was going to say, we need to press that reset button. We’re pretty much divorced from what’s going on in the world, you know we live in our own little bubble. Everything is still pretty cool here, the economy is moving along, we’ve just moved into the summer, so the weathers improving and spirits are high. It’s been tough like everywhere else but New Zealand is pretty resilient…
