THE MARINE

After leaving the Royal Marines to run a successful business in Asia, Chris Thrall found himself homeless and suffering from acute mental illness. Declining conventional support, he overcame complex PTSD to become a qualified pilot, skydiver, explorer, extreme athlete, international adventurer, popular podcaster, family man and author. He has expeditioned to eighty-five countries across all seven continents, written bestselling memoirs, raised thousands for charity and has been awarded Veteran of the Year for Inspiration.

THE MISSION

Having run the length of the UK unsupported to raise awareness of veteran mental health, completed the legendary Marathon des Sables in the second toughest year on record and entered the record books rowing the Atlantic, Chris will summit Mount Everest in May 2026.
