C – Vinay, how are you Sir?
V – I’m not too bad at all
C – That was short and sweet!
V – Ahh you know, it’s Saturday afternoon, it’s grey and cold outside and we’re heading into winter, so I’m having one of those low energy type days, you know here we are.
C – Nice, are you in your penthouse.
V – I am in my penthouse, my penthouse which is in an area rapidly turning into a ghetto.
C – Things are that bad are they?
V – Well we’ve just discovered, maybe a year ago that all these buildings have the same cladding as Grenfell had. I only rent here, but all the landlords are now stuck with properties they can’t sell. No one is going to give a mortgage on a building that could catch fire so easy…
