Tracey – I do think that it needs to start in schools, in terms of the opportunities that are out there. It’s not gender driven and it shouldn’t be, obviously. Although you know, you can look at this, but when I get into an airplane, I’m not thinking, here I am a female flying. But we’ve all got so bogged in the gender issue and that’s just awful actually. I just hope now that you know we finally are working towards something that resembles a level playing field.

Chris – I’m a veteran Tracy and I see the way fellow veterans treat each other at times. Not all of them folks as there are some wonderful people in the veterans community. But some of them are just so bitter and full of this outpouring of hatred to anyone that achieves anything.

Tracey – Why is it always, you gotta tear them down, rather than just say something nice? I think that’s an extraordinarily British thing, to drag people down and you know it’s that tall poppy syndrome.
