Secrets Of Bushcraft features Nick Goldsmith who is a former Royal Marines Commando. Nick served numerous tours across the world and set up Hidden Valley Bushcraft. His expertise on all things bushcraft, has led him to write an amazing book, entitled, ‘Rewild Your Mind’.

Nick – We know that our bodies respond extremely well to being in the Great Outdoors. It’s the environment from once we’ve came. We know that people like wild swimming, we know that people like nature bathing. You can scream to the top of your lungs on every social media platform about why we should be doing this. Until someone’s really ready and until they’ve reached that point when they’re looking and their eyes are open. They’re searching for the answer and only then, when that person’s actually ready you know, they’ll find a way.

People can’t see the way they are and the way the fish can’t see the water. I’ve sort of taken that and thought, yes that’s that’s quite accurate. Sometimes you’ve got to save your own energy for yourself and go and enjoy it.
