Peter served in the British Army’s Parachute Regiment and Special Air Service. He went on to join the Rhodesian Special Air Service, The British South Africa Police and The South Africa’s 44 Parachute Brigade. As a mercenary or contractor, he worked in countries including South Africa, Angola, Colombia, Russia, Algeria and Iraq.

Chris – Hello Peter. I’ve done a bit of research about you and you’ve lived an interesting life.

Peter – Well that depends. To me, it has just just rolled out in front of me.

Chris – Were you going to take Pablo Escobar out with a sniper rifle or something like this?

Peter – Well we were just going to go in there and do a house cleaning attack on it. Fighting in the built up area if you want to call it that with a gunship covering us. We had the whole place color coded.
