Hello Friends,

Todays guest is one of two guests I envisioned and looked forward to chatting to once my podcast had started. I’m so proud to have on Lee “Frank” Spencer. Lee lost a leg in a horrific accident whilst standing on the hard shoulder of a motorway, after stopping to help other motorists stranded by their own accident. Lee then talks enthusiastically about overcoming his injuries and taking part in some amazing challenges including rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, twice! I thoroughly enjoyed this chat, I’m certain my friends at home will too.
