You talk a lot about trauma, it comes up a lot on this my podcast and it’s something I’ve got experience of. I think it’s only us guys who are making links between childhood trauma and upheaval. A typical sort of character whom will join the military and maybe feel a bit different. A sort of misplaced person in society.

C – Paul how are you mate?

P – I’m very good. The apocalypse is treating me well.

C – I feel the same. I don’t know if you’re supposed to say that. I think because I work from home, it doesn’t affect me as much as it maybe does some people, but then I also think happiness is inside your head. Is that how you feel?

P – I’m very lucky where I live down in Exeter now. I just moved here and all the pubs and shops shut so that was a bit shitty. But I’ve been reinvigorating myself with exercise since last year and that keeps me happy. I’m just mucking on, I’ve got loads of projects to be getting on with but since the worlds been shut down it’s been a bit difficult. I’m just getting really good and FIFA and boozing really…
